Each country's healthcare system has a different structure and operation, designed to meet the needs of its population using available resources. Due to the ever-increasing needs of the population and constantly emerging public health challenges, it is crucial that every healthcare system is willing to adapt, recognize its limitations and improve its shortcomings. Background: To improve health outcomes to maximum levels, by defining indices to Measuring the quality and accessibility of healthcare is critical. In this study, we implemented the new Quality of Care Index QCI to estimate the quality and accessibility of care for patients with gallbladder and bile duct cancer GBBTC, Countries, Occupational Health and Safety. This arrangement ensures that my employer maintains safety for myself and individuals within our organization. It also ensures that I follow the agreed working methods.
