The performance of delay-tolerant networks DTNs can be affected by motion models in different application environments. The existing routing algorithms of DTNs do not meet the current city environment due to the large differences in node density, social characteristics and limited energy. Opportunistic mobile networks OMNs. are an extension of MANET's mobile ad hoc networks. and an example of delay-tolerant network DTNs, 3,4, which have received significant attention from the industry and research community 5,6,7,8. However, MANETs must have a complete end-to-end communication link between the source. In MAC, nearby mobile devices are connected via wireless mobile ad hoc networks, and tasks can be offloaded from one mobile device to other mobile devices or mobile cloudlets 3,4. MAC computing can effectively overcome the unavailability of infrastructure networks and save time and energy by offloading tasks. The challenges in DTN of providing routing services using a store and forward approach over intermittent network connectivity, opportunistically using limited buffer capacity of nodes. In this. Mobile ad hoc networks are highly self-reconfiguring networks of mobile nodes communicating via wireless links. In such a network, each node acts as a router and host at the same time.
