My values in life. One of the educational values that is fundamental to me is achievement. This is the result of my belief that what most defines me as a person is my determination to succeed and my desire to make a positive contribution to society through my career. In particular, the research was guided by beliefs about goals. The main goal of my teaching philosophy is to influence students to continue searching for answers. I believe in using an individual teaching approach. Therefore, asking students questions is the most viable method to identify their personal learning needs. My goals in teaching include delivering results. Teachers' beliefs, practices and attitudes are important for understanding and improving educational processes.
