A student recently contacted me wanting tips on how to write on the topic of "why I want to be a social worker." I explained the major benefits of being a social worker. I also embedded myself in this task, Abstract. One of the first references to social work and systems theory goes back so far: at the time, the theory was mainly expressed in works that sought to do so. Emotions influence social workers in different ways in their daily practice. Social workers are constantly exposed to the difficult living conditions of clients, which are often the consequences of oppressive structures in our society (Barlow and Hall, 2007). It can be difficult to distinguish between emotions such as empathy, compassion and identification. Despite its popularity, relatively little is known about strength-based approaches in adult social work. To investigate how strengths-based models and approaches are developed and implemented in social work and social care in England, and how these models influence practice, a two-phase project was carried out. The five types of systems theories are: 1. General systems theory - A holistic approach to understanding the relationships between elements within a system. 2. Cybernetics - A method of studying communication and control systems to better understand how they interact with each other. 3.
