Objective: As a result, the current study focused on e-commerce in the retail sector to investigate the factors influencing consumers' online grocery purchases across Covid-Bangkok, Thailand. Perceived service quality, IT knowledge and relative advantages. are important factors in influencing customers to adopt e-commerce. On the other hand, privacy did not appear to be the most important thing. The influence of numerous factors determines and changes the daily behavior of consumers. This article aims to estimate and rank the weight of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors that change individuals' purchasing behavior.
